EFFECTIVE WAYS TO MANAGE AND CONTROL ANGER. Anger has a way of sticking it's nasty emotion out in the worst of times. It don't take a lot to get this emotion going and creating a lot of problems for yourself. What is anger, and How do I control it? Anger: A strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility. Anger can often be a source of something deeper going on inside of you, a hurt, sorrow, or an experience that you have lock away in your mind that you will need to address and deal with before it takes control of your attitude and behavior. The apostle Paul share with us in the book of Ephesians, "BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger," Ephesians 4:26. ASV, When you become angry you open the door to spiritual forces and demonic attack in your mind, sometimes these spirits can take complete control over you, and if you do not have a proper attitude or a full understanding of what created this anger, with clear focus and a positive solutions to get it under control of it, it can cost you a lot, even your very life. Many people have come to themselves after loosing control due to anger, only to find out that they have physically injured or even taken the life of someone or several people after demonic forces attack their mind after becoming angry. You must control your anger before it controls you. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion, however it can get the best of you if you don't control it. Ways to control Anger: 1. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive—not aggressive—manner is the healthiest way to express anger. 2. Don't physically lash out at every person or object that irritates or annoys you, stay calm take control of your thinking and emotions, be positive and keep a good attitude at all times. 3. Suppressed your anger, and then converted or redirected it. This happens when you hold in your anger, stop thinking about it, and focus on something positive. The aim is to inhibit or suppress your anger and convert it into more constructive behavior. 4. Calm down inside. This means not just controlling your outward behavior, but also controlling your internal responses, taking steps to lower your heart rate, calm yourself down, and let the feelings subside. Go meditate, listen to some inspiring music, or read your Bible, you need to leave the environment where the anger took place and get control over it. Always think positive and take control of your anger, "don't give place to the devil" Ephesians 4:27.

Oh, ye hard-hearted, ye shall find no peace." BOOK OF ENOCH 5:4. However there is a promise to the elect God's Chosen ones. This Word "Elect" Means- The word elect (Greek verb: eklegomai ἐκλέγομαι; Hebrew verb: bakharבָּחַר) means to choose, or select. The elect or chosen. All believers in The Lord - Jesus Christ, or (The Anoint Messiah)The meaning of His name, According to New Testament Scripture are indeed the Elect of God or His Chosen Ones. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9. In the Book Of Enoch, Enoch also shares God's promise to the Elect, His Chosen people, that they will inherit the earth, long before it was written in the New Testament. "But for the elect there shall be light and joy and peace, And they shall inherit the earth." BOOK OF ENOCH 5:7a-b. What a word of God for all of His Chosen people to find even in the Hidden Text, that there is the promise to His elect, His chosen to inherit the earth. Keep this promise close to your heart when you are facing trial,and tribulations, know that God has made you a promise that you will inherit the earth. Your sad and testing time will end, and God will restore everything the Enemy has stolen from you. "Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Romans 8:33. and verse 37 " Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." May God's richest spiritual blessing be poured upon you today is my prayer for you."

In a world filled all kinds of Local, State, World, and International News, world news that matters with stunning photos,videos analysis and non-stop coverage of conflicts, scandals, uprisings and sorrows in your everyday life... you sometimes wonder from day to day what is going to happen next. With all that's going on in your life it makes you wonder, even ask how do I experience more peace in my life and daily living? Inner peace? Refers to a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace, with enough knowledge and understanding to keep oneself strong in the face of discord or stress. Being "at peace" is considered by many to be healthy (homeostasis) and the opposite of being stressed or anxious. God tells us in the Word, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." Isaiah 26:3. Inner peace will happens in a relationship with God, He can and will give you that perfect peace you are searching for. He will bring clam when your world is turned up side down with trouble,problems, fears, sorrow and even tragedy. "Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7 NLT. To find and experience the inner peace of God, you will need to seek Him, In times of tragedy and trouble in your life. Read the word of God, it will give comfort to your spirit man. Spending time in prayer, and meditation will release stress and bring clam to your heart and mind. Also it be helpful to get spiritual counseling, also search out support groups that meeting in your area relating to your matters of concern and go to their meetings for support. God wants to give you peace, start today having the inner peace of God, give your life to Him, confess your sins, repent, and receive Christ Jesus into your heart to save you. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

"ARE YOU WALKING BY THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU?" The Holy Spirit: Is the very presence of God within you,God the Holy Spirit must dwell within you as a believer in Him. The Holy Spirit is not a religion, group,or denomination, or any special idea or thought that you may have. ("GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL DWELL WITHIN ANY HUMAN BEING THAT RECEIVE, AND INVITE HIM INTO THEIR HEART") However you must be in fellowship with Him in order to know and feel His presence within you. The Holy Spirit is a power an influence, some say He is the Third person of the Triune God, however, God has never been nor will He ever be Trinity, The word Trinity means 3 or 3rd person. God is forever the Divine Awesome One, The I AM, The Self, Alone. He is God by himself and there is no other God. " Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me." Isaiah 43:10. The Holy Spirit Is God, and you must give ourselves to God and let His presence fill you through and through, Jesus said, my Father and I are one. When Jesus went back to Heaven, He said I will send the comforter to you. Therefore the comforter is Spirit, God is Spirit, John 4:24 " God is a Spirit, and they that worship His must worship Him in spirit and in truth." God who is Holy Spirit lives within you. This is what Jesus was telling us when He said "I got to the father, but the comforter will come" who is the comforter? The God the Holy Spirit is our comforter and our spiritual light. You must walk by the Holy Spirit of the living God within you, you are made in the image and likeness of God the Holy Spirit,therefore you must worship God in the spirit, because you are created spirit first in His image and likeness. The Holy Spirit visit every worship service no matter what the religion, and waits to be invited in, it's the hearts and minds of the believers that opens the door of their heart to receive Him in their worship hour. God the Holy Spirit wants to dwell in, abide within you, will you open your heart and let Him in? Are you willing to listen to His voice and walk by his word today? You are my Healer, You are my Victory, You are my Banner, You my Provider in the time of need, and You are in my very present moment. I lift my hands and my voice to You in Praise and Thanksgiving, just for who you are. I honor and glorify your Righteous and Divine Name for ever. glance in the past to see where God has brought you from, Look into the future to see where He is leading you, But always live in the Present where he always is. WHY IS INTEGRITY IS IMPORTANT TO ME? The is one principal behavior you must have in your life to fulfill your God given purpose here in earth, is personal integrity. You might ask what is integrity and why is it important to me? Integrity simply means to be whole or complete. That means that your thoughts, your words, and your actions need to be the same. If you will do that, the future is yours. Becoming a person of character and integrity should be a life style. Don't ever let anyone cause you to compromise you integrity. " And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments: Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel. 1 Kings 9:4-5. God's promised to His servant Solomon, was that He would establish the throne of his kingdom, in other words bless him, if he walked in integrity and keep God's statutes. One you lose your credibility with people,and the business world around you, you have lost their faith, and trust in anything you say or do. Listen to what God said to Solomon, notice God lets Solomon know It's was this spiritual principal that would protect him as the leader of the nations of Israel and Judah. Now God is saying this to you today, keep spiritual integrity to forefront of every thing you say and do, your future will be filled with his blessings. Do you consider yourself to be a person of character, and would the people you interact with each day describe you that way?
