1. God must be first in your relationship, He created and knows both of you, spend time in prayer together seeking God for spiritual guidance in your marraige.
2. Read the word of God for a clear understanding of how to treat each other. Remember, Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 1 Corinthian 13:4-6
3. Keep Communication alive in your relationship,talk with each other and share together and work things out in love.
4. Trust- is a must without mutual trust you will only be on a fast trip going no where and your love will not last.
5. Respect- listen to each others point of view, and respect each others thoughts and ideas, learn what works and what is not working, and show sincere kindness for each other at all times.
6. Passion- you are in a marriage because you love each other, and 30% of that love is the passion, so share it between yourselves, it keeps the fire of love burning and closeness is assured so that others cannot come between you. Read 1 Cornthians 7 together and apply it to your marriage.
7. Commitment- There must be a willingness to work our your differences between you. You can only grow closer if you are willing to work out your problems and stay together. Don't be fooled thinking the grass is greener on the other side. It's now commit to each other and take your marriage as a journey one day at a time.
8. Worship- Take time for God, go to Church, fellowship and worship with the people of God, seek our married people that have good relationships, seek spiritual guidance from God, also remember you are a couple now and your friends should be married couples. It will be hard to stay in a healthy relationship if you run around with your single friends. Born in Joplin, Missouri, James Langston Hughes was the great-great-grandson of Charles Henry Langston (brother of John Mercer Langston, the first Black American to be elected to public office). He attended Central High School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he began writing poetry in the eighth grade. His father would discourage him from pursuing writing as a career, in favour of something 'more practical'. Langston's tuition fees to Columbia University were paid on the grounds that he study engineering. 

After a while, he dropped out of the degree course, but continued to write poetry. His first published poem, The Negro Speaks of Rivers, was also one of his most famous, appearing in Brownie's Book. Later, his poems, short plays, essays and short stories would appear in the NAACP publication, Crisis Magazine, in Opportunity Magazine, and others.

"Conservatives finally got the Trayvon Martin race riots they made up earlier in the week in the form of an angry Internet mob called "Black Twitter." Per the Drudge Report, Black Twitter gets credit for "Torpedoing Zimmerman Juror's Book Deal." To the regular Drudge reader, this signifies that a powerful cohort of angry black people bullied a juror into giving up her book deal. And just as Rush Limbaugh, and various other conservative bloggers warned, the black community got irrationally angry, but instead of smashing in store windows and shooting people, they took to the Internet. 

Unfortunately, "Black Twitter" is far from violent. It's a community of people on the Internet who talk about things related to race, as BuzzFeed's Shani O. Hilton explains it:

Black Twitter is, loosely speaking, a group of thousands of black Twitterers (though, to be accurate, not everyone within Black Twitter is black, and not every black person on Twitter is in Black Twitter) who a) are interested in issues of race in the news and pop culture and b) tweet A LOT.

Black Twitter had been talking about the Trayvon Martin case since the trial began. "The constant hum grew as everyday people turned to the livestream and tweeted what they saw," Hilton explains. The focus turned to Juror B37 when news came out about the book deal, after one black tweeter started achange.org petition:

After murdering Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman was acquitted, even though juror B37 admitted (in a CNN interview) that Zimmerman "went too far", and didn't "stop at the limitations he should've stopped at". Now that very juror, who allowed Trayvon Martin's killer to get away, is writing a book. Please don't allow this person to profit off of the injustice that they've served to the American public. We deserve better. Trayvon Martin's family deserves better.

Then, the word spread on Black Twitter, and, a Drudge asserts, these people successfully bullied the Juror into backing down from the book deal.

It's the perfect symbol of unreasonable retribution that conservatives had hoped would happen in the form of pillaging—but only if you disregard what Twitter is and how everyone else on the site uses it. "Black Twitter’s power makes perfect sense—as long as you don’t consider black Twitterers to be some mysterious 'other' group," notes Hilton. Any group of people on Twitter can make a hashtag and tweet about it. The "Twitter mob" isn't limited to angry black people. Occupy Wall Street, feminists,Anonymous—they've all aggressively angry-tweeted things until they got their way.

That tactic isn't very violent, either. If anything, it's the Internet version of a peaceful protest—so much so that, Essence's Jeannine Amber insists Martin Luther King Jr. himself would use it. "If Dr. King was alive today, of course he would use Twitter because that's how everyone is getting out the messages to the most number of people most effectively and you know you have the farthest reach," she told CNN.

  President Obama today said the African-American community is frustrated and pained by the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin because of a "history that doesn't go away."

"Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago," the president said in his first on-camera response to Saturday's verdict. "In the African- American community at least, there's a lot of pain around what happened here. I think it's important to recognize that the African- American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that doesn't go away."

Zimmerman, 29, shot Martin, who was 17, claiming it was in self-defense. The not guilty verdict triggered outrage in cities across the country.

Making a surprise appearance in the White House briefing room, the president said African American men, in particular, have become accustomed to being viewed with suspicion.

"There are very few African-American men in this country who haven't had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store. That includes me," he said.

"There are very few African-American men who haven't had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars. That happens to me, at least before I was a senator. There are very few African-Americans who haven't had the experience of getting on an elevator and a woman clutching her purse nervously and holding her breath until she had a chance to get off. That happens often," he said.

The president said the African-American community is not "naïve" to the fact that young African-American men are disproportionately involved in the criminal justice system, both as victims and perpetrators, but that a lack of context adds to the public frustration.

"We understand that some of the violence that takes place in poor black neighborhoods around the country is born out of a very violent past in this country, and that the poverty and dysfunction that we see in those communities can be traced to a very difficult history," he said. "So folks understand the challenges that exist for African-American boys, but they get frustrated, I think, if they feel that there's no context for it and that context is being denied."

The president called for a review of the "stand your ground laws," but stopped short of calling for a national dialogue on race relations, saying attempts by politicians to drive those discussions "end up being stilted and politicized."

"For those who resist that idea that we should think about something like these 'stand your ground' laws, I just ask people to consider if Trayvon Martin was of age and armed, could he have stood his ground on that sidewalk? And do we actually think that he would have been justified in shooting Mr. Zimmerman, who had followed him in a car, because he felt threatened?" Obama asked. "If the answer to that question is at least ambiguous, it seems to me that we might want to examine those kinds of laws."

As a nation, the president said, "We need to spend some time in thinking about how do we bolster and reinforce our African-American boys."

"I'm not naive about the prospects of some brand new federal program. I'm not sure that that's what we're talking about here. But I do recognize that as president, I've got some convening power," he said.

Finally, he urged Americans to do some "soul-searching" and was optimistic that progress is occurring.

There has been many cries over the years for unity among the races in the United States of America. “The good we secure for ourselves is precarious and uncertain until it is secured for all of us and incorporated into our common life. ” when the nation works together in unity our strength will empower our resolve, our faith will fill our true dream of sincere freedom and unity. A false hope is like an unrealized dream or a unfinished race, besides why run if there is no one to cheer you at the finish line, why fight if there can never be a victory from war. All unity is a result of victories and battles won, So continue to fight the good fight of faith. Dreams are the hallmark of our vision and the result of our desire to see them fulfilled. Unity starts with me, and must be shared from one to another until realized by the masses. You are unity, I am unity we all are unity, but only when we truly believe and act upon it will it manifest within this Nation.

Romans 8:28 We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.

Meaning of the verse is not what many are trying to apply it to.

This does not mean that believers know it merely in a speculative manner, but that it is a knowledge which enters into their heart and affections, producing in them confidence in its truth. It is a knowledge of faith which implies certainty and self application, by which the believer not only knows but applies the promises of God, and is able to say, This promise is mine, it belongs to me. For otherwise, what advantage would there be in a general knowledge of this fact? where would be its consolation, and where its practical use? “The secret of the Lord is with them that fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.
 God said Thou shalt Not Kill.

Therefore murder is not the will of God nor is it for our good. So please stop telling people this untruth about this verse of scripture in Romans 8;28

if you live by the sow seeds of murder and taking life you will reap nothing less with the same weapon of chose that you used on someone else. no matter what a jury verdict was on the Zimmerman murder trial. he is guilty of nothing less than murder of an unarmed child minding his own business. Evidence did not kill Trayvon Martin,  it only being use by a jury and a justice system  to justify the senseless killing of this youth for George Zimmerman, who is the one who followed, profiled, confronted, shot and killed  Trayvon Martin.

Top Sales World compiles a list every year of the Top 50 Sales Influencers in the market.  TSW used the services of a small team of professional researchers who rigorously examined the credentials of one hundred and fifty possible “candidates” to arrive at the top fifty, and they also asked the editors of the most popular sales resource venues to give them their opinion.

What are the top business-to-business sales trends for 2013? Here's my list based upon my experience of studying some of the world's best sales organizations this past year.

1. Sales Force Behavior "Modeling"

Models are verbal descriptions and visual representations of how systems work and processes flow. Models enable repeatable and predictable experiences. More organizations will study their top salespeople in 2013 to understand how they formulate their winning account strategies based upon customer politics, evaluator psychology, and the human nature of executive decision makers that are unique to winning every account.

2. Win-Loss Analysis Studies

All companies and their salespeople are well versed on the logical arguments for selecting their product. However, the decision to make a major purchase is also influenced by internal politics, how the decision-makers receive information along with individual biases and personal desires. Unfortunately many companies don't perform any type of win-loss analysis so they don't understand their customers in these regards. Because of the economy and relentless competition, 2013 will be the year that many companies have to re-discover the lost art of win-loss analysis.

3. Emphasis on Language-Based Interactions

While proponents of the consultative, relationship, and challenger-based sales approaches will continue to argue the merits of their respective philosophies, there is one thing everyone can agree on. For 2013, it's not only what you say, but equally important, how you say it. Sales linguistics is the new field of study about how customers and salespeople use and interpret language during the decision making process. If you are in sales, you make your living by talking. You need to study language and perfect your use of words because your most important competitive weapon is your mouth.

4. Sales Force Verticalization

A "specialist" beats a "generalist" every time. Closely related to Sales Linguistics is the accelerated trend of sales force language specialization based upon the following strategies:

• Industry verticalization focus (finance, government, retail, etc.) to promote domain expertise.
• Technical application segmented by the different solutions the company offers to promote extremely deep technical knowledge.
• Business process improvement as opposed to the recitation of standard "generic" product features and functions to customers.

5. Sales Process Ineffectiveness Many companies have realized that their sales didn't increase even after spending a great deal of money and effort implementing a sales process methodology. The reason for this is because the "black hole" of the sales process is what happens during and at the close of sales calls. Today more than ever, it's the personal interactions with prospective customers that determines winners from losers, not the internal processes of the sales organization. In 2013 more companies will be studying and categorizing these customer interactions so they can improve sales force effectiveness.

6. Organizational Buying Psychology

If you are involved in selling enterprise solutions, you already know the importance of understanding the inner workings of the various departments within the prospective customer's company. Your solution might be purchased by the information technology department and used by accounting and human resources. Therefore, it's critical to map out the interrelationships of the departments within an organization. The essence of successful enterprise sales is understanding not only who to sell to, but how to craft a message that appeals to various departmental constituents. Understanding organizational buying psychology becomes an even more critical topic in 2013.

7. No Decision as the Main Competitor

For sales forces involved with large capital expenditure sales cycles, never before has the mantra "Call High or Die" been so true. Salespeople must reach C-level executive decision makers early in the sales process because the default for organizations today is to maintain the status quo and delay every major purchase.

8. "Intelligent" Territory Management

Salespeople who have to manage hundreds of accounts and vast geographic territories face the perennial problem of where to spend their most precious resource, which is their time. Perhaps the most important "Big Data" application within sales will be the analytics that predict which prospective net-new customers should be called upon and what installed base accounts are most likely to buy next. As opposed to salespeople creating their own action plan for the day's activities, more intelligent territory management systems will direct them to call on certain accounts and prospects in 2013.

9. Technology Fatigue

While technology has profoundly improved the effectiveness of salespeople, there is an interesting trend that has been growing over the past couple of years and will only get worse. Salespeople today are always available to customers via their cell phones, constantly receiving a gargantuan stream of e-mail information, and every account update they make in Salesforce.com is broadcast to sales management. Many long time salespeople are suffering from "Technology Fatigue" and complain they are burning themselves out.

10. Continued Migration from Field to Phone

One final trend that bears mentioning is the accelerated move from field-based sales to phone-based internet sales. Many companies have quickly transitioned the majority of their field reps to be almost exclusively phone based. Therefore, these reps must now be able to create winning relationships with their voices as opposed to how they sold in the past with their physical presence. Understanding and mastering the art of persuasion will become even more important for all salespeople in 2013.
