REST AND RELAXATION.

REST AND RELAXATION.

After a long week of completed goals, focus and hard work one thing that you must do, and that is to give yourself time to rest relax and reflect on the things that you were successful with during the past week.

"Sabbath Rest and Delight."  A picture of a woman leaning on her elbows in a field of grass and wildflowers, her head thrown back, her eyes closed, her mouth parted in a dreamy smile. The picture didn't do much for me. (When I see someone lying in the grass, I don't think, "Ah, happiness." I think, "Whoa, chiggers.") But the words rest and delight struck a chord: Until that afternoon I couldn't remember the last time I'd experienced a real Sabbath, a day set aside for rest. Apart from church -- and, let's face it, getting an entire family dressed and mobilized is no picnic in a blooming meadow -- Sunday at my house is getting a head start on the week's work. Not exactly rest, much less delight.

True Rest and relaxation is taking a day and doing just that, no work, no shopping, you spend this time taking a physical , mental, and social break from the hustle and bustle of daily activities related to being engage. The mind must have some time to regenerate and recharge itself.

Just like the CPU that you use on the job to help you complete task and meet deadline dates by generating needed data for meetings and managing your business effectively, your body, and mind is a system designed to work just as well, as a matter of fact it is designed to perform better, but only with the needed rest and relaxation.

When you stop and rest, you empower your talents and abilities,  your" Brains Power"  is reinforce and your level of energy is magnified 1000 fold, you feel great and you are ready to meed the challenges of a new week with a clear  mind, and a recharge mental attitude with a positive at outlook on your new work week.

Sometime we feel that there is not enough time in a day to get everything done, "STOP"( wait a second ) if you died today who would take over for you?.

Take a break and get your rest and relaxation, God want you at your best at all times, besides you owe it to Him and yourself to renew your spirit,  and mind daily. And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;" Ephesians 4:23.
