" WHAT CAUSES ANXIETY AND HOW DO I MANAGE IT?" What is ANXIETY? ANXIETY- is a lasting preoccupation with past or future bad events. It is a type of thinking that makes you feel as if you don't have a way solve a problem. Even though over 80% of what we worry about never happen during our life time. So you may ask, what causes me to have Anxiety in the first place, and How do I manage it? Anxiety or worry is often triggered by stress in our lives. Some of us are more vulnerable to anxiety than others, but even those who become anxious easily can learn to manage it well. We can also make ourselves anxious with "negative self-talk" - a habit of always telling ourselves the worst will happen. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Matthew 6:25 Jesus tells us not to let our concerns cause us to worry. He knows what we are in need of, and has already gone a head of us and made provisions for us. All we have to do stay focus on God's purpose for our lives and seek Him. Speak the positive answers and results you desire for whatever is worrying you. Look at what you desire to have happen, and turn your focus and attention to God in prayer. "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7. Remember you walk in victory child of God, so you have nothing to fear. Manage Anxiety and worry with right thinking and study from the word of God. There you will find answers and positive results for your Anxiety. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:13. No matter what things look like or how you think they will turn out, trust God and know that He has placed the answers to your Anxiety in you. knowledge, belief, and right or positive confession. Always speak life not death in matters of your heart, and watch Anxiety and worry move out of your life every time. "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." 1 Peter 5:7.
